Everyone affected by the train derailment should sue the ever live piss out of the rail road, Norfolk Southern, the manufacture of the tank cars, the outfit responsible for the tank car maintenance, the epa and any government organization that said everything was OK. People will be getting sick and dying for decades to come. These chemicals are toxic and deadly. They have soaked down into the aquifer so all wells are contaminated. It has run off into the ohio river which is where thousands of communities get their drinking water not to mention all the wildlife and aquatic life dying!!
