All of the rest of the states will foot the bill; just like they all paid for the Antifa/BLM thugs damage via funds labeled for WuhanFlu. Funding that was why it was absolutely critical that an animal like BeijingBiden be installed in the WHouse. The same will happen in 2024 since no substantive changes have been made to force states' votes to comply with the US Const.
These monies will be "handed out" to ....... whatever. But, like the funds made available for the money pit called the CaCaLand BulletTrain, it will be skimmed by the Democrats. This will ensure their power thru the 21st century.
