California's school system is lost. The woke mind virus has taken over the administration. Results are: a massive wealth transfer and bloating of administration. A stagnation of pay to actual teachers. There is no saving it. It will get more dysfunctional over time, this is the policy. The Community College DEI guidelines are promoting race-conscious into everything. Woke hiring will degrade California's Community College. Race conscious intersectionality is aiming at corrupting the hard sciences now too.
We have an example of where this may go in the San Francisco schools where 95% of white students go to privet schools. A parallel school systems are in the process of developing.

Non work professors will be replaced with ideological compliant and less qualified woke teachers. And curriculum will be loaded with woke religion, displacing the hard science with woke racist religion.
