I can’t picture the pressure coming to bear on SCOTUS, but the most singular experiment in self-rule that is these United States is under attack by misguided socialists. I mean, it looks like the life or death of human self rule is going to be theirs to decide. However you look at it, such a decision will be momentous to say the least.

As for anyone that thinks they’re defending democracy should consider that democracy can’t be saved by undemocratic means. It’s rather like thinking that racism can be thwarted by more racism – aka anti-racism. Or history can’t be accurately saved by destroying monuments and rewriting history to conform to a more desirable narrative. Or trying to rationalize that an illegal vote in an election doesn’t disenfranchise another eligible voter in that same election. Or as the old folks used to say: TWO WRONGS DON’T MAKE (anything) RIGHT!

President Trump has already been duly tried and acquitted by The United States Congress as provided for by Section 5 of the 14th Amendment to our Constitution – at the instigation and failure of democrats. The Congress being the appropriate venue for enforcement of the 14th Amendment. Either Due Process means something in these United States or the Uniting of these States has been a failure – which is it to be?

This is purely a socialist political contrivance attempting to disenfranchise a majority of the citizens of this country with ideological motivations. A majority of the citizens of these United States ascribe to any socialist ideology – including but not limited to the voluntary invasion of our country, and the castration of our children, or the rewriting of history in any way.

The Confederacy is rising again in guise of the democrat party. After all, what is socialism other than disguised slavery. The democrat party was founded by a slave trading plantation owner while Abraham Lincoln was the head of the Republican Party. Still don’t believe me? Cite the pledge of allegiance and try to catch yourself not pledging allegiance to the REPUBLIC rather than merely a democracy.

PS. This has got to be one of the worst decisions ever handed down by any court.

The 14th Amendment to the Constit7ution of these United States:

Section 3
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Section 5
The Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.
