As to your actual question, no she is not. She is standing up for human beings who are deliberately being targeted today, based because on the color of their skin - she stands against racism by pointing it out.

The majority of the public are being distracted with bread and circuses while their freedoms are taken away. It has been underway since 9/11, but accelerating up here in Canada. A new Canadian law prevents criticism of Islam, but attacks on Christianity and antisemitism are still allowed. The federal government's taxpayer funded state broadcaster CBC receives $1.6B, and the failing leftist media are being brought under gov't control with a $600M bailout package. In order to qualify for taxpayer bailout funding, the media outlets must meet the criteria of the extremely partisan federal gov't. to be considered "trustworthy". It is safe to say that no conservative news agencies will receive gov't funding. Lastly, Canada is allowing the highest immigration rates in the world, specifically from Muslim countries. The Canadian minister of immigration is from Somalia, and said if he was defeated in the recent Canadian federal election, that he would return to Somalia, and dedicate his life to sending his countrymen and women to Canada. The current PM has higher regard for recent immigrants than for long time Canadians, and seems to be intent on replacing the existing culture with the culture of the newcomers. Our culture is being diluted, and our replacements are being imported so quickly that the government is putting them up in Hotels pending an immigration hearing. It is expected to take more than three years to process the immigrants already here, and yet they are still coming.
