Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.it might be very interesting to investigate the political connections the company officials have...to whom or what political persons or campaigns have they contributed...perhaps the son or daughter of a political official is "employed" or on the board of the bottled water company. I mean, things like this don't happen in a vacuum - right?

Jan 11, 2014CRYSTAL GEYSER ® ALPINE SPRING WATER ™ is the American sourced bottled water brand distributed by CG Roxane, LLC the subsidiary of Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. a Japanese Pharmaceutical company. They employ a staff of approximately 20 to 49 people in the Benton Tennessee area.
If this is true, it would be something to pursue. From the perspective represented by the author, it appears to be a serious crime with potential for causing great harm.(although how dangerous the levels of pollutants were is not discussed I the article.)

It is interesting to me that cg roxane is a registered American LLC owned by a Japanese pharmacuetical company. They are based in California too, where we know they don't give a crap about the population except as slave labor. Technically a lawsuite could be brought against the LLC, but if they are owned by a giant pharma, my guess would be money has already changed hands through lobbyists. When you think about it, they could pay out a billion dollars and still be laughing all the way to the bank - isn't this how all pharmas get away with their crimes against humanity?
Maybe, there's this bright spot of hope though
