I had imagined when the big crash nearly brought down the financial system in the West that things would change radically. They didn’t! If the Coronavirus is relatively (months not years) short lived things could just revert to normal in fairly short order because there are too many vested interests in it doing so. As far as feminism is concerned, I think many women themselves are doing their best to undermine the cause. You only need to walk round any city centre in the UK on a Saturday night to see hordes of young girls dressed like hookers falling over drunk, or read the exploits of some young female holiday makers. Also the current generation of youngsters are products of media propaganda to an extent that in 70 years I have certainly never witnessed. So called feminism has been hijacked by commercial interests to sell things. No, if you want to look at the biggest potential threat to real women’s rights in the west, look at Islam. Now there is a threat to women’s rights and freedoms!
