But there is evidence that Gates' apparent humanitatisn efforts have actually resulted in harm and-or death for kids in developing countries. I guess he doesn't want to discriminate and now wants to get to work on the rest of the world.

Anti-vaxers rant on and on about children/people who have been injured by vaccinations but - gee whiz...they never show evidence of their existence.
you might - MIGHT find one or two anecdotal examples out of about a billion people who have been vaccinated over the last 80 years or so. Well I'm pretty sure you could find one or two anecdotal examples of people who died after having their wisdom teeth removed...doesn't mean that removing wisdom teeth is some sinister plot created by some sinister greedy corporation and billionaire who are indifferent to human suffering and are only interested in putting another measly million on the heap of 5 billion dollars.
