At what point can Joe go after them for breaking terms of their contract?

I do not know to what extent Joe is complacent in the act and I don't know what is in the contract. But I think he is bending at least one knee, still not realizing that the more he bends the knee the more they will screw him They ultimately want to cancel him or have him be their lapdog. So no amount of appeasement will help him, it will only give them more confidence to attack him.
That is rule numero uno. Do not give them an inch.
@Krunoslav I agree. The loser actually will be Spotify. Joe can name his carrier and in the end likely will do so.
I thought way back before the current events, they had already blocked/deleted 30 or 40 or so of his podcasts
