What do you mean by "civilization" ? Maybe your definition and mine are contradictory?

If you think there is contradiction, then perhaps that is indicative of your cognitive dissonance. Tell me what your definition is of 'civilization' is....
and does the current socialist democratic follow these characteristics from Google?
or do you follow something else.....
@Weltansicht I prefer the rather ordinary definition you can find in any serious dictionary (or in Wikipedia). But I doubt that such a civilization calls anybody to wake up, as if civilization were a sacred mission we had to accomplish.
@Matias66 Perhaps, although Wikipedia is notorious for definition fluidity. Currently, Wiki says: Civilizations are intimately associated with additional characteristics such as centralization & according to Wiki "In political science, centralisation refers to the concentration of a government's power—both geographically and politically—into a centralised government."
So, I am quite sure you have your doubts on your side of the pond. But here in America, we have had the socialist democrats & marxists make literal calls on their constituency to make a scene, gather a crowd, espouse violence against conservatives, even take up arms against fellow citizens. Not to mention saying they were 'morally right & God was on their side.'
So I doubt you know what you are talking about, which makes you an opinionated ultracrepidarian using specious reasoning. Anarchy is antithetical to civilization. Then there is the Tytler Cycle.
Also explains why your country & the EU being at the mercy of the Russians & their fuel supply to you.
