@Serg97 Another non-politician honing his skills behind the scenes is Don Jr.. He's very well-spoken, quick on his feet, has his dad's core values, Is appealing to younger generations who have only garbage to pick from on the left, and no dirt that I know of. Maybe not 2024 but within the next 3 or 4 cycles.
I inherently distrust any politician, anyone (mostly) that wants the job is corrupt to begin with, if not it doesn't take long before they are, or if not corrupted, marginalized. Trey Gowdy is one of the very few, that has demonstrated his true caring for the American people and this country, I'm sure he has made concessions along the way, yet he has demonstrated a real back bone in standing up for the well being of the people/country as whole. God bless him, and I can only hope that others who really want to serve the people/country will look to his example as inspiration, regardless of party. JMHO

He'll be back in government in some capacity. Perhaps as assistant AG to Barr. Then AG after Barr wraps up adjudicating the coup.
