Technically she is the product of the HR neocon department. A groomed "check all the boxes, woman, bla, bla, bla" neocon. She is there so everything can be back to normal. Now if she was an actual woman, meaning someone who has will and ability to think for herself and is a stateswoman... those they don't use .
