What part of due process don't you understand?
@WilyRickWiles I don't know anyone who was ever arrested after due process and in these arrest children where taken from parents and placed in foster care. Some were drug, shoplifting, failure to appear,and complaint from Neighbor; families of citizens are being torn apart every day in the US.
@KeVince Then maybe the justice system needs some reformation.
@criminey359 a good start would be to not allow anyone that has been a member of the bar association to sit as a judge
No one wants the government to knock on their door. I found that out while working for the census. Are there other ways to secure our borders? I’ve seen small towns turn into very undesirable places to live due to the fact that so many illegal immigrants moved there and the local police are not able to handle the crime. These are small towns where the citizens have lived and thrived for generations. Their great great grandparents were immigrants that built the towns from sweat and hard labor in coal mines. The very coal that was used to fire the furnaces of steel manufacturing. The steel that was used to build much of the infrastructure of America. The majority of the immigrants are not criminals. They are young men who came to this country to find better work. They send their families money. The problem is that they know they are illegal. They live under the radar. When a group of young men who are in this country to make money live together without any real structure to their lives and they are literally sneaking past the authorities, there tends to be less accountability. It’s a recipe for crime. There’s not enough tax money in these towns to pay for enough police. People move out and slum lords buy the properties and rent them to illegal immigrants. Businesses close up , leaving even less tax money. The towns begin to decay. When people see this they get scared. How far is it going to go? This might be one reason people who live in small towns and surrounding areas support Trump. They see the problem first hand. How do we remedy problems like this? I’m absolutely not for door to door searches. Are there better ways to protect the ourselves and citizens of our country from the crime and poverty that is essentially transferred from other countries? This is not a matter of a simple piece of paper no more than a death certificate is the only problem for a dead person.
