Lowering CO2 levels is part of Agenda 21 if you lower levels of CO2 there would be massive famines as plants die off, not to mention forest fires that would be fueled by dead trees. I would tend to disagree with him about GMO plants though.

I am quite confident the man knows what he is talking about. I wouldn't challenge him on any part of his presentation.
