The opposition/minority party has a right to oppose but this isn't opposition it's the "resistance". The far left is simply insufferable. Truly. The assumed intellectual superiority, the false morality, and the never ending smugness of their own conceit coupled with the utter inability to admit that what they say is nonsensical and their policies are utter thrash that has NEVER worked. It;s frustrating enough to make a middle of the road person simply check out from it all.

Seems like she is opposing it just because that is what the Oposition party does. I agree that all opposing views and ideas should be heard before a vote, but these opposing views need to be explored and backed up with solutions. Does not appear she offered any, so there was no way to reach a consensus.
