The Earth is so very far from being crowded or full & yet the admonition to fill it has been curtailed for you at 1 Corinthians 7:1. While there’s no Restriction placed upon you there’s no obligation either.

And regarding the population of the Earth. Every advanced nation on Earth has negative population growth. And as the undeveloped nations continue to modernize, we can expect the World population to decline. We will probably never see 8 billion on Earth, and economies will collapse when the populations decline.
