Yes. And no... I do in fact can not afford any of those luxuries. So if you see it from my perspective, you may see why I wouldn't mind so much a label of "slave." I'm Mexican-residing Mexican, and I do struggle with maintaining a place to live and struggle to come by food frequently, so I would be better off in the end. Labels are just labels. Ain't more important than food and shelter. And love, and passing on my DNA.

@A1fredo read Alexander soljenitzkin. Communism Is slavery and murder. Compared to what Stalin and Lennin did to the people of Ukraine, maybe the slaves did have it good. The Ukrainians did starve to death by the millions. They were forced to farm for the cities and if they were caught holding any food back for themselves they were shot dead on site... fertilizer for the communist crop. Compared to what Stalin did to the Dr.s and scientists for the great crime of being enriched by knowledge and using it to end human suffering. (Perhaps comparable to a slave being punished for learning to read) He made them suffer. Sent them to the gulags to break rocks in the north and starved them while they froze to death, then replaced them with butchers whos medicine was a terror.

Communism is the largest ongoing genocide the world has ever seen. True believers like che guevera shot hundreds by his own hand because they believed they were right and kind, yet at the end of the day only 2 things came of communism.... Absolute poverty of the masses and absolute Power to the ruling class

@FEWI I appreciate it. I mean, I've lived there before (best year of my life btw, I had zero problems working minimum wage. And yeah, legally. Then... Don't ask....) Even so, I don't know which means you suggest I could get help from? I don't know if this is what you're saying, but I've read that there's a huge cultural difference in regards to the banking in the US and Mexico. I know shit about finance as I don't have the money to be investing or smoking it, or whatever it is rich people do with their money... but I hear that Mexico doesn't have the credit culture that you guys have? I know that lots of us, maybe most, don't have bank accounts, we get credits from like big stores to buy shit we can't pay. I don't do that because you know, better safe than sorry, I only got a bank account like a year ago even tho I'm 36. A free virtual one (which is not all bad if you count in that we actually have one that offers free debit in pesos and bitcoin, as well as altcoins. That's pretty cool. Makes Bitcoin actually usable. There are many charitable organizations that help legal immigrants get situated. You are intelligent and not a leech or a criminal. Just might take some time to get.through. It can’t hurt to try, what do have to lose. Go apply.

I understand the appeal of socialism is strong when you have little. but one day your hunger will deliver you a strength that others do not have. breath deep to focus your mind, be resolute and move steadfast toward tour goal.
