The purpose is to destabilize society, then claim that society is unstable because Capitalism is flawed. Circular logic, but it fools more than the dumber half of the IQ curve, which median is defined as 100. Double digit IQs have no ability whatsoever to discern why Leftists arguments are utterly invalid.
Unfortunately, neither do smart people convinced they have something to fear. Witness lots of smart people running around in facemasks. There is no evidence whatsoever that such a behavior is in any way effective at moderating the transmission of a highly infectious and mostly harmless bug like COVID-19. Calling it dangerous because it kills dying people is like calling air deadly. Neither dumb nor fearful people can get that.

Did you overlook the obvious third option, as did the article: fight back. Refuse to accept the left’s terminology. Refuse to permit them to frame the “debate” (I use that term loosely, as the left never debates) and speak up. Don’t defend yourself from the accusations and slanders. You never defend against accusations based on lies. You attack the liar for lying. One thing the article got right is the fact the the divide is unbridgeable. But they got the options wrong. The choice is fight ir die.

The focus I was aiming for was discussing the exile between loved ones...long time relationships with friends and family that I believe can be reconciled. I personally don't care if strangers like me or not but there are people who cherish their personal relationships and find it difficult to be honest or if they chose to be honest, the people they care about put them in exile.
I don't disagree with what you're saying in general, I think people should stand up for what they believe...I'm more so coming from the perspective of very personal relationships being split apart.
@BlackoutNJ Yes, you are right. We all made our choice, or were given no choice, being thrown out by family and friends long ago. You have to realize the very thought of your predicament happening to your family and friends, is what keeps everyone either not paying any attention to certain subjects, or forcefully rejecting you. Depends on how important the family and group are to you. Mostly loners do the best in the situation, as we do not really miss the group. Or, I must admit our families! This is an important decision for you. No one can really decide for you. No matter. We are still here, if that matters?
I would never choose social inclusion to promote false narratives. President Trump has a platform that I wholeheartedly believe in and has actually kept most of his campaign promises. What is the platform of the Democrats? Orange Man bad. Exile please

I agree with you. Just to clarify a bit, the exile I'm referring to is more so social exile from people that you cared about before. Social exile from strangers, fuck em.

This is a no brainer for me. I guess I am blessed that I think social media is evil, I am fine with being my myself or with family. I think I would just as soon fight this fight now, than go hide and just hope they don't find me later when they are cleaning out the remnants of our democracy.

I agree with you and it's great that you do have supportive friends and family. There are a lot of people, especially in liberal cities or states, that they are the lone conservative or Trump supporter and it turns their world upside down.
@BlackoutNJ .I am in SF, and one of 10% of voters, who are voting Republican. The vote people always are a bit shocked when I show up. Their pile of voter sheets for my clan, is small. I do know a few of my fellow voters, but we are not close. (Only share a secret handshake.....no, I jest!)
