@TheMiddleWay @Xtra I'm confused-- do you mean absentee ballots, mail in voting, or both? Many confuse mail in ballots (which are sent to houses without request) and absentee ballots (which you have to request to be sent to you).

I always consider the access to the ballots to be the main issue-- like sending someone's dead cat a ballot to vote (or just sending unsolicited ballots to anyone with a PO Box). Maybe I was the only one who was confused, haha.
