It should have been called a "get Trump" foursome. Joe, his ear voice, Mike, and his ear voice, against the President, no one showed the least respect for. Trump called them out, and managed to make all some of his points about them, because, that is all this was about. Programs, accomplishments, ideas...... heck who needs those? NOT CNN, or any of the rest of the crazed anti Orange man folks. This was another set up. Trump killed it. Wallace has never been treated to his own tactics before. He was giggling in confusion. A Good night!

Both candidates accomplished their most immediate tasks. Joe Biden needed to last the full hour and a half without lapsing into gibberish or pissing his pants. A low bar, admittedly, but considering his word salads that have passed for policy statements, one that no one thought he could overcome,

Trump knew he was in a hostile arena. He knew Chris Wallace was going to try to keep him following the planned agenda. Trump wanted to get the stories out that get no coverage in the media: Obama’s efforts to destroy first his candidacy, then his presidency; the riots, and Biden’s refusal to address them; the Biden Family’s corruption; the fact that a vote for Biden is a vote for socialism and an end to the America we’ve known. He did that, albeit by taking a big club to Wallace’s neat little presentation.

Agree. Way too much overlapping conversation. Way too little time responding to things said. The pace was a mess. 2 min made it worse. Also, I wanted to hear Biden get out of his own hole without Wallace's help. Anything Trump threw at Biden should have been left up to Biden to respond to. Instead Wallace would hastily move to the next topic.

The last time I watched a debate was 1988 between Dan Quayle, and Lloyd Bentsen. Thigs were already digressing into little more than exchange of personal insults. In another few years I would not be surprised if they simply had an hour long "Yo momma..." jokefest, and call it a debate.

Trump had to talk over the others as the Moderator kept interrupting him on his time to assist Biden, the Moderator needs to be silenced when the others who are actually there to debate are talking. The moderator is not running for president and his opinion is unnecessary and irrelavent.

What happened actually was better than the nothing burgers that most bogus politicians usually serve up to their groupies and undecided both. We don't need any staid talks about what we are going to do when in office. Most is BS anyway. This way we get to know who the politician will react under fire. Will they pose and profile in their completely empty suit like ineffective Obama?
Will they dance a little sidestep and lead the people on like Joe- ker Biden?
Trumps got the "stuff" of that I can assure you!
