I'm voting Trump and COVID is one of those "it's complicated" issues for me.

• You get information from Facebook that says that Anthony Fauci’s in some secret cabal that’s going to make billions of dollars on a vaccine. That’s just a lie. You can’t be that stupid.

That's a fairly wild accusation to make that all Trump supporters are true believers of conspiracy theories. Personally I have no problems entertaining ideas of secret societies. Just not something I base my vote on.

Additionally, I've seen equally strange conspiracy theories from the left. That Trump is working with Q Anon on a secret army that's working on a plan to over throw the government and extend his presidency to 12 years based off of memes and jokes. There's also one that became fairly mainstream about Whitmers kidnapping attempt was because of Trump dog whistling his base by tweeting LIBERATE MICHIGAN and calling a rally shooting "lock her up".

Conspiracy theories can be made to look like obvious connections to intent, whereas intent is more ambiguous. LIBERATE MICHIGAN can also be seen as Trumps anti lockdown stance and the "lock her up" as mocking Whitmer, not actually a call for action.

Personally, I feel Trump is simply, and unapologetically non PC. I find his tweets and blunt, often times wilfully offensive, language as a bit idiotic, humorous, and at times embarrassing. However, I find actions to be more important than words, and I find his harsh demeanor more genuine than PC smiles.

• You say it’s no worse than the flu, it’s — no. Donald Trump himself in February, it’s on tape. So please get off your stupid QAnon sites. Get off your stupid Facebook sites. Turn your head away from whatever TV station's telling you this is just like the flu... And they know the guy they’re supporting is a liar!

I've heard some say it's no worse than the flu. Even if it isn't, why does this matter? I would say either way, it's here, it's been here, it's not going to disappear (most likely), and it's not dependent on levels of fear. Being scared, anxious, and panicked, is not helping.

COVID, of course is a priority for both parties at this time. Whether it be a vaccine, health mandates, or other proposals, we have been contending with a learning curve and time. Regardless if it's Trump or Biden, if things get worse we will lockdown again. If things get better, we will continue to open up more safely. Like any other "unknown" we are forced to be more reactionary to it. Precautions, like sanitation and masks, can help slow the spread, they don't stop the spread. Until we have a vaccine we can't stop the spread. So, how we live with the virus is the actual issue, not defeating it (because the vaccine is already being worked on).

• And they know he is putting Americans’ health at risk every day, Rev. And yet they vote for him anyway.

This line right hear I've heard countless times: "(Trump) is putting Americans' health at risk"

Trump is not COVID. COVID is not something the president has any control over. Each state has been given the same set of recommendations and saftey guidelines as everyone else. Some have chosen to have double standards of enforcing their own lockdown measures. Apparently it's perfectly ok to protest, loot, vandalize, and burn down these cities but a Trump event is deemed "a super spreader".

Can it be both might not be a great idea?

So the actual question is, why would someone who knows the dangers of COVID willingly put themselves in the position to be more likely to contract it?

Well, Americans are stubborn people. We like our free will and don't like being told what to do or how to think. This is a fundamental belief among most of us and it's not party preferable. To talk avout the spikes in COVID infections and hospitalizations, but leave out the part where we've had thousands of protesters traveling state to state for months is a pretty big omission. If anything, it kind of makes me feel Democrats may be putting Americans lives at risk on the basis of encouraging these protests.

In reality, I don't think either candidate would do much better over the other at this point. Woulda, coulda, shoulda, is easy to say after all the knowledge we've obtained since.

I tend to agree with Trumps statement that we're sick of hearing about COVID. We're working on a vaccine, we've found better combative medicines for treatment, and we are doing all we can. Deep down, I think a lot of people, regardless of party, feel the same way.

Morning Joke has all the emotional stability and intellectual depth of a 13 year old Middle School Girl. He plays with his hair like a 13 year old girl. He looks at Mika with eyes that desperately seek approval and validation. Mika is more of a man than Joe could ever hope to be.

Joe Scarborough has no credibility, he's just another "useful idiot", feathering his own nest that will eventually burn out from under him.

Yep, that kind of desperation certainly makes me believe Biden's gonna win in a landslide.
