20.11.14.2010Sa THERE NEEDS TO BE A FAKE NEWS AMENDMENT TO THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION: It is my understanding that Bejamin Franklin, (himself a newspaper man) recognizing the undue political power of Mass Media, wanted Mass Media recognized as a fourth leg of the United States Government. Its’ (the Main Stream Media) undue power of subversion has been aptly demonstrated throughout the past four years with the American public repeatedly badgered with all manner of Fake News about Russian collusion that finally proved to be politically motivated false information, paid for by the Democrat Party, specifically designed to impugn the character of an elected Executive Branch of the United States Government by deceiving the American public.
Media consists of entirely too much unbridled subversive power and should be held to a standard of verifiable truth to the American citizens. At the same time they absolutely should not be censored in any way. Should they choose to publish fabricated unverifiable untruths they should not be shielded from prosecution for their spurious representations to the American public.
I submit that a Free Press (media) is not a license to lie with impunity! This is just one example of Fake News being allowed to mislead the American public.
Not that this entire video isn’t peppered throughout with lie after lie; but if you need one very straight forward simple lie: Joseph Biden IS NOT the President elect of the United States until the Electors from the individual States cast their votes for him to become President of the United States. Only after Joseph Biden is elected by the electors from the individual states is he supposed to receive security briefings & transition funding – until then he’s just another American citizen like you or I.
There are so many lies & distortions in this video it’s hard to believe it’s not a Constitutional violation – a free press is supposed to be a little bit honest. This video is every bit as honest as those tabloids sold at your super market cash register.

@Lightman Real not fictional but i understand your avoidance of the subject. The question i asked sprung to mind from this "I submit that a Free Press (media) is not a license to lie with impunity!
When the worlds most famous liar tells you what is "fake news" and what isn't, wouldn't it be prudent to treat anything he says with a little scepticism?
