Kamala Harris and Biden getting involved in a legal matter and "whitewashing" (excuse the term) George Floyd's culpability in his death and his criminal history.
Apparently George has a legacy... and Kamala says everyone is proud to be part of that legacy.
I may be waaaay off base here but is that how Americans see this thing?

I haven’t seen the evidence the jury has so I can’t claim innocence or guilt for the accused but I do know one thing. This won’t be a fair trial and EVERYONE deserves a fair trial without interference from the media, politicians, and the court of public opinion no matter what. Anyone who interferes should be dealt with accordingly. It’s a shame we have to judge the fate of a person with the fear of outside influence guiding us.

Culpability implies a type of suicide by cop, I doubt he was aware of that possible outcome until it was to late.

The question is why are the idiots referring to his LEGACY which is one of crime, drug use and stupidity.
Should all Americans buy into that legacy and be proud of it as Harris suggests?
His actions would be mitigation for the defence, it is not evidence of Floydds responsibility.
His legacy is due to "Not letting a good tragedy go to waste" by political operators.For them the only thing perfect was timing and lack of push back from RINOs, everything else was crap. It was enough, unless you are going to radicalise with counter tactics it will stand.

He overdosed, pure and simple. No one forced him to take the drugs. His legacy is one of crime, nothing else.
