LINK University of California System Will No Longer Consider SAT and ACT Scores for Admissions
The nine campuses of the University of California system will no longer consider standardized testing scores as part of the admission process beginning in the fall of 2021.
The change is the result of a legal settlement of a lawsuit brought by groups that claimed that the traditional SAT and ACT tests are racist.
Under the settlement, the university, which enrolls some 225,000 undergraduate students, said it won’t consider SAT or ACT scores sent along with admissions applications until 2025. The university further stated that it had no current plan to consider the scores after 2025.

Not to trundle these images out again, but here's the front and back of a pamphlet that was being handed out at the Smithsonian National Museum of African-American History & Culture, defining the concept of "whiteness" and "white culture." When the woke supremacists call someone a "white supremacist" in 2020/2021, what they're saying is that the person believes in these things, which they believe are racist. (1)
Note that work ethic, scientific method, and the concept of merit ("you get what you deserve" ) are all listed here, and all have something to do with getting rid of SAT/ACT scores as a measure of educational prowess. Do you think there's a correlation?
(1) It's been pointed out to me that this pamphlet could just as easily have said, "American culture," because these are the underpinnings of what America broadly believes, pretty much anywhere in America you go. But if they called it "American culture," they'd have a lot harder time drumming up support to get rid of it, wouldn't they?

At Berkeley, a gang of black students blocked the front gate and forbade Asians and Whites from passing.
After the age of the Khmer Rouge, there wasn't a single scholarly person left in Cambodia. The same will happen to California.
What an opportunity for a badass university. A smart university would use this opportunity to recruit smart students.
