The situation in Cuba couldn’t have come at a worse time for the socialists and would-be commissars striving to take over our country, swearing all the while that what they believe isn’t really what they believe and it’s all those domestic terrorist conspiracy nuts peddling misinformation that’s to blame.
Defund the police? We never said that. It was Republicans.
We always loved voter I.D.
We’re not pushing for CRT in the classroom. All we want is to teach the truth about history. You got a problem with truth?
What election fraud?
Right. So now it’s time to stand up and be counted. Do you support the Cuban people and their desire to remove the communist jackboot from their necks? Or will you continue to be apologists for one of the most brutal regimes in history.
Should be interesting to see them try to nuance their way out of this one.

Corporate media and the intelligence community working with the tech monopolies have taken over the Western world. The real voter fraud was the cover up of Biden's corruption. Which leads to the question what can't they cover up or distort.

If there is any spell that they can't formulate I'm not sure what it might be. I'm convinced that they can conjure just about any reality they desire, for a large enough number of people that others step into it just to fit into their peer-group's understandings.
What bothers me the most is that highly intelligent people are able to detect the appropriate ideological position and conform to it regardless of how absurd it may be. If they were doing so cynically for self advancement/security it wouldn't be so annoying but it appears to be complete acceptance of the absurd. You could blame corporate media and their CIA controllers but the propaganda just isn't that sophisticated. It's worth noting that the same thing happened in Nazi Germany with a sizable portion of the intellIgentsia. It's almost a death wish phenomenon.
There is something going on deeper than the culture war. The religious see it but their allegorical way of seeing the world as a struggle between good and evil is repugnant to me. I suspect a biological explanation is more appropriate. Something along the lines of how animals sense an earthquake before it happens. I think there are many factors that subconsciously are making people prepare for a social collapse. Changes in population density, prevalence of diseases related to an aging population, institutional instability, technological change, the madness of the homeless crisis, mass immigration, environmental instability such as weather patterns, political corruption, crime and drugs, irrational interest rates, the increasingly obvious failure of progressive policies, religious revolution such as a liberation theology pope, so on and so forth. It's not just one thing that has created the madness of the crowd but the combined weight of hundreds of small stresses. The more intelligent a person is the more sensitive to the changes in the world they will be and the better able they are to create their own wall of cognitively dissonant explanations they will create to protect themselves.
