@Loki16 what question did I ignore? I posted an article that dismisses the claims in the meme. And again, the burden of proof is on those making claims, like @Edgework here. He's also made claims that Trump won the election and would be inaugurated while Biden would drop out to avoid jail time, and that Hillary Clinton has peeled off a child's face and eaten it. So he has a history of making bold claims with nothing to back them up. Until he can provide proof of these claims, it is to be ignored. Hell, he could have even posted a biased article trying to make these claims, and it'd be better than some random meme.

That was my original comment. Where is the claim in there? Edgework made the claims, the burden of proof is on him to back them up. As usual you are contributing nothing but discord, like a true troll.
