“Quebec became the first province in Canada this week to introduce a wide-ranging vaccine passport system as part of an effort to avoid reintroducing COVID-19 lockdown measures this fall.
The passport — an online app used to show proof of vaccination — will go into effect Sept. 1.
For starters, it will be required at non-essential businesses, including restaurants, bars, gyms and high-risk public events, such as concerts.
But public health officials have made clear that the applications could be expanded to other venues and activities. More details are coming later this month.”

The UK is introducing something very similar and I will guarantee it will be introduced Europe wide by the end of the year. My only advice is don't download the app unless you really need to, if that means No pub No restaurant etc. then so be it. This is way more important than a pint with your mates.

Have you noticed that it seems to be mainly the Common Wealth countries, along with a few Europeans like France, that are leading the way? I can handle missing out on a pint at the pub, or a movie, but when they want the pass to enter a grocery store or gas station, its hard times.
Soon to morph into a National ID to be presented anytime some jackbooted thug demands it. Can a version of China's social credit score be far behind? Thus ends freedom, not with a bang but with a whimper. All for a virus with a 99.8 survival rate. Likely climate lockdowns will be next.

Absolutely, they are already making noises about how effective these lockdowns would be for helping with climate change. The Vatican is pushing for mandatory weekly “Green Sunday” family/climate rest days. When church and state unite on a global scale, it’s back to the Dark Ages for the serfs!
