I don't give a damn about the name on the CC, and you know, I've been called 'sir' on the speaker/mic of a drive thru, but ma'am when I get to a window, because....that is what I am/and how I present.
Being a dick calling someone that is trying 'sir', is just poor customer service. Would I call out the employee - maybe, but I'd take my food and go, never to return.
The commenter's insistence on using "male" is disingenuous. EVERY trans person remains their original chromosomal sex regardless of their efforts. We know that. But unless you wander around asking people - What is your chromosomal pairing? - you take them as they present.
I get the points the video wants to make - but the Sonic doesn't have clean hands here

Any person getting hyped by something like this is an Ahole. So, response should be along the lines of: "sorry for the confusion, we will all call you the Ahole."

Uncivil creatures like this deserve no politeness. In all likelihood this is a videoed setup. So, go for blood since unless you literally take a knee for this loser, you will be fired.
