Everyone that's walked on the moon has since died of old age.
It feels like there's a conspiracy to keep us off the moon.
The most important natural resource in the solar system is lunar ice, which can be used for rocket fuel, life support, and radiation shielding. It's critical for a Space War.
America used to hustle to get to the frontier and extract the natural resources. This spirit is lost.
The film "Idiocracy" is playing out in real life, just like Orwell's 1984.

I've met people who went to the Moon. I have an autographed book by someone who walked on the Moon.
It's an issue of the proponderence of evidence. I think it points to the Apollo landings being genuine.
@timon_phocas I’m speaking very specifically to the August 1969 landing only. Did you watch the press conference I posted? Is that normal behavior from three men who allegedly just came back from the moon? I’ve seen happier people at funerals. They’re definitely hiding something in my opinion.

I believe the Apollo program put astronauts on the Moon.
Hundreds of thousands of people worked for the space program. Thousands were worked on launch and mission monitoring. Twenty-four people went to the moon and twelve walked on it. Don't forget there were backup crews for each of those missions. So a massive conspiracy necessary to theatrically stage Apollo landings would leave massive footprints behind.
Let's look at a historical example. The Watergate break-in happened on 17 June, 1972. They were caught and arrested. A maimum of twenty people knew of "the Plumbers" unit. Yet investigators figured out the scope of the conspiracy within weeks. It trickled into general knowledge in spite of strenuous efforts to squash the stories.
If twenty people can't keep a conspiracy secret for a month, how could hundreds of thousands keep a secret for fifty years?

I believe the vast majority of the Apollo 11 program were also duped but there have been plenty of people who were involved in the program who have come forward decades later who have claimed that they were threatened if they said anything.
I do, we literally have artifacts on the moon that were from the Apollo missions. I can understand the distrust but we have lunar rocks that were brought back from the moon that have been studied by multiple labs with scrutiny.

One of my astronomy professors majored in meteorites. They melt and fuse as they enter the atmosphere. Not like Lunar samples.
Lunar soil is like microscopic shards. Even Terran volcanic soil is nothing like it, because it gets weathered, ground into smoothness.
