Never mind “Follow the Science;” how about “Follow the Facts?”

Justice Sonia Sotomayer became the poster-girl for the left’s willful ignorance when she stated that COVID deaths are at an all-time high; the Omicron variant is as deadly as the Delta variant; and there are 100,000 hospitalized children, many on ventilators. None of these statements in any way accords with accepted facts.

She was joined by her fellow leftist judges to form a Supreme Three Stooges. Elena Kagen claimed vaccines and masks prevent the spread of the disease. “I mean, that seems like a pretty basic infection-prevention measure to me.” They don’t and never have. Breyer agreed with her, and cited the “750 million new cases the day before;” this in a country of 330 million.

As Mark Twain said, It’s not that they’re wrong; it’s that they believe so many things that just aren’t so. And why should they think otherwise? The media is filled with saturation coverage of fact after fact that simply isn’t so, all in accordance with Biden’s claim, “We choose truth over facts.”

Truth, to the left, is a blob of Silly Putty, something to be stretched, twisted and molded into whatever shape the agenda du jour requires. There is no objective truth, only a succession of social constructs, the purpose of which is to force-feed a narrative-based reality down our throats, and then demand we deny any evidence to the contrary. Welcome to the Matrix.

Here are some inconvenient facts that seem to have been excluded from the left’s version of truth:

• The vaccine isn’t a vaccine at all: it’s a treatment. It doesn’t prevent infection, it doesn’t stop the spread. As a treatment, it needs to be evaluated in relation to many other available treatments, most of which have been suppressed.

• Also, as a treatment, there is no justification for any mandates forcing its use.

• Hydroxychlorquine works. So does Ivermectin, results verified in myriad studies when both have been used early in the infection cycle. Currently, Hydroxychlorquine can only be used in hospitals, by which point the patient has progressed beyond the stage where it can go much good. Most pharmacies refuse to fill prescriptions for Ivermection.

• Fauci’s initial policy of do nothing until the patient required hospitalization and ventilation, as well as active efforts to prevent any form of treatment (save for his beloved Remdisivir) has been directly responsible for hundreds of thousands of deaths in this country. This is blood on his hands that will never wash off.

• Natural immunity is still the gold standard, and the first line of defense, just as it has been for all viral infections, since like, forever. The lack of attention given to natural immunity is criminal negligence.

• Studies that suggest the vaccine impairs the body’s immune system have been censored and purged from all media outlets. The sudden deaths of otherwise healthy, young athletes who have been fully vaxxed has piqued no curiosity in any of our media. Myocarditis, which was mostly unheard of before this year, now is becoming an acknowledged side-effect of getting vaxxed.

• Life insurance companies, which survive based on their ability to predict death rates in the population, are reporting increases of 40% and greater in death claims over last year. This is statistically impossible, absent some new condition entering the equation. No official inquiries have thus far been forthcoming.

• Nothing in the official response to COVID-19 has been effective in combating the disease. Masks and social distancing accomplish nothing. Vaccines are making us sicker. Lockdowns destroyed our economy to no apparent medical purpose.

• However, establishment policies have yielded significant political benefits, as well as windfall profits for anyone invested in the pharmaceutical industry. They have enabled authoritarian despots in their efforts to quell dissent, control the population and rule through fear, and have justified trampling on The Constitution and the country itself.

Last but not least, posts like this one are routinely flagged as “Lacks Context,” “Missing information,” or simply labeled “False.” All for “the science.” And facts be damned.
