"Edward" is often shortened to "Ted". No idea why, but it is a common practice.
@toronto_Georgia his legal name on his birth certificate is Rafael Edward Cruz. He never went through official means to change his legal name. Therefore his name is Rafael, and I will only ever refer to him as such.
@farmerguy56 actually his birth certificate says Barack Hussein Obama II. He went by Barry as a nickname in his youth, and was only ever listed as Barry Soetoro (note that you can't even spell your conspiracy correctly) in one school form when his mom married his stepfather.
So in this case, it would be wrong to call Barack Obama by the name Barry Soetoro because it doesn't match his birth certificate.

Not sure how pointing out facts about Obama's birth has anything to do with Socialism? Or with the random rich man George Soros?
