They're trying to stoke a real race war, letting ethnic groups fight against each other. This is a progression from the earlier stoking of conflict between capitalists and laborers.
As for who leaked the info, at this point I won't be surprised if it was Roberts himself.

I seen a bit of the live video when he was driving, parked and then got out started shooting
Very, very clean neighborhood for a black community, well landscaped and well taken care of area. I get the feeling that people are getting tired of being played, the drama from the narcissists and the reverse victimization ploys. Everyone is starting to realize it.
