It's called failing up. It's one of the worst leftist doctrines and it's directly related to equity. You can fail, horribly at times and still be eligible to get a job that will pay you more than the job you just failed at. I guess the higher you go the less your resume matters. That poster could have used a little bit of Fauxcahontas and Pete 'Power Bottom' Buttigeg too.

Seriously? These bozos surpassed their competence level many promotions ago. COuld you image Biden as a day care worker? Mayorkis could not even manage to get to his Incompetents anonymous meetings. Harris thinks that being border czar means she should stay as far from the border as possible.John Kerry thinks that he is in charge of creating as much climate change as he can. That is why he always takes a private jet to climate change meetings. Garland thinks that parents concerned about their children's education are terrorists. Beto can't even figure out how to get elected as a politician. I could go on and on and on.
