Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I formerly work for a pro-life group, and unfortunately, some still chose to abort their baby. Later, when they celebrated a "wanted" pregnancy, and looked in joy at where the baby was in development. When they get to the week where they had aborted the baby, they are often horrified as they realized what they did. Luckily, some reached out to me, and I was able to help them forgive themselves. I think it is imperative that women understand fetal development, and also see their baby on ultrasound before they decide to abort.

A women has her baby growing inside her, and cultural pressure convinces her that she has a right to kill it. At that time, they don't want to see anything about fetal development, or see that by 7 weeks, the heart is strongly beating. When a woman has a wanted pregnancy, she realizes it is a little human right from the start. You bet there is personal guilt at that time.
It’s amazing that we need a study to show that this exists. It’s no surprise that women that seek and participate in the killing of their own unborn babies would experience such a level of regret that suicide is more likely No matter how the pro abortion movement frames abortion, down deep we all know it’s a brutal, heinous, heartless act which ends the beating heart of an innocent pre-born human being.

Correlation vs causation.
Women who have abortion for non medical reasons, lives are likely already a mess and therefor more likely to commit suicide already.
So both having abortions and being suicidal are both effects caused by poor socio-economic and cultural societies.
Although I would agree that having an abortion is very traumatic for any woman and may drive someone over the edge... the actual cause is deeper.

Of course, those with a predisposition to self harm, whatever the reason, are going to be the most likely to commit suicide post abortion. If this were not the case, every one of the millions of aborted children would have coincided with the mother’s suicide. The point is that the incredible guilt and trauma of taking a human life is often enough to push an already vulnerable woman over the edge. Children are not the only victims of the industrial abortion complex.
