Charged with 'false reporting', but what will that actually pan out to, a caution, a small fine, community service?
Under title IX, until just the other day, these boys lives would have been ruined, and of course #MEETOO insists we should take the word of these manipulative Jezebels.
One thing is for sure, whatever happens to her, will not be equivalent to what would have happened to any one of the boys involved, if the case had been brought to court.

It is, and she is being charged, but nothing of any real consequence will happen to her.
That's what I said. The girl should have been charged with false pretenses. [there's such a thing as a charge of false pretenses in our law system in Australia]

Only victims or family can prosecute. Only the accused can defend. Only juries can decide. Judges are only facilitators, independent and impartial. Only victims are compensated.
Although law courts are not infallible, only our lord gawd Ra can claim that. But I'm certain the truth would have come out if it went to court.
