Take a look at the changes made in 2008 NDAA regarding Insurrection act to widen the President's ability to deploy troops within the United States to enforce the laws. Under this act, the President may also deploy troops as a police force during a natural disaster, epidemic, serious public health emergency, terrorist attack, or other condition, when the President determines that the authorities of the state are incapable of maintaining public order. The bill also modified Sec. 334 of the Insurrection Act, giving the President authority to order the dispersal of either insurgents or "those obstructing the enforcement of the laws." The law changed the name of the chapter from "Insurrection" to "Enforcement of the Laws to Restore Public Order." disaster, epidemic, or other serious public health emergency, terrorist attack or incident, or other condition*
Interesting. We are aware that our police forces have been militarized and think the posse comitatus act would protect us from the use of military forces on citizens in the US but think again. Why would epidemics and serious heslth emergencies clause be added after 200 years? If the wrong person becomes President during the pandemic this Enforcement of the Laws to Restore Public Order would be the hammer used to attempt to beat us into submission.
VietNam taught us a valuable lesson about fighting back against an enemy. G4 warfare would be necessary to fight off the government. Never give up your guns.
