I deleted WhatsApp on the 7th. Had to say goodbye to lots of people from India and the Philippines.

Likewise I deleted the app. Hoping for a good alternative that businesses also adopt (I've noticed some services prefer using WhatsApp than mobile/cellular numbers). I have used 'Viber', tepidly, but let's hope someone comes up with a viable alternative ripe for mass consumption, but relatively free of spying, data mining and censorship.
