Adam Schiff says he found Mueller’s testimony “chilling.” That’s the reaction I’d have predicted once he realized that his party had placed all their eggs in the basket of a doddering fossil who managed to make Nancy Pelosi seem sentient by comparison.

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I’ve heard several theories concerning why Mueller performed so poorly. The sound system was bad, he couldn’t hear the questions. He deliberately stalled to eat up time. Yada, yada. The man clearly is having health problems.
And, my perception is that he overused the phrase “not in my purview.” Every time he said that, it was a confession that he did not do the job that had been entrusted to him: to conduct a fair and thorough investigation into the accusations stemming from the Steele dossier.
I also find it interesting that Schiff claimed to have solid evidence of collusion but Mueller found none. Did they ever talk?

Meh, not really surprising, the Republicans weren't talking much about Watergate when it happened other than to say it will never happen again. I don't blame them, they are pushing their agenda, and I think many of the Democrats really don't know where the whole investigation came from or how it was created. They may go back to it, if they can find a selling point which will be beneficial.
