The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court is how we authorize spying on citizens. The integrity of that Court is what makes us different from authoritarian governments. So abuse and deception in front of that court is not a small thing. Lewandowski never really answers the original question posed to him in this interview, instead going straight into talking points; you can be the judge of how valid they are.
But what is noteworthy (regardless of whether or not 'Fox' is the messenger) is that the attention and probing for that abuse is occurring on only one side of the political divide. A healthy Court, and at least as important, a healthy media, one worthy of First Amendment protection, should be outraged at conduct-becoming-an-authoritarian-state. All media outlets SHOULD find abuse ANYWHERE worthy of scrutiny, regardless if it were from the left or the right. The cost to Americans is the tendency to dig foxholes and fight to the death while the real enemy flanks both positions.
We see this as the left seeks impeachment, with 100% mainstream media cooperation, of a president for merely asking about corruption regarding a candidate the left seeks to elect regardless of that very corruption.
Score one victory for the flanking enemy, Corruption!

If journalists can’t act responsibly then they should have their licenses pulled. The public needs a reliable unbiased source of news. It’s not acceptable to hand the nation over to lying dishonest, political whores.
This must be controlled or things will never get better. Tweeting by POTUS is a legitimate response to media corruption.

In this climate you could argue that it is all that is left to him. When the media can demonstrate bias not in just the spin they specialize in, but in what they will NOT cover as well, then it is hard to blame him for finding a workaround. Now.. I do wish sometimes that he'd realize there are those not worthy of his attention. But Trump appears to have never met anyone too small to 'quietly' disdain. Given the alternatives (meant quite literally as being a great sucking hole) I don't see how we can turn away from the only ally or even champion we appear to have on a host of critical issues.
