We have such ignorant politicians serving in office for decades for one very simple reason. We have incredibly ignorant voters. It really is that simple I believe. This article is about Biden, and even though Biden is a democrat and that political party has given us a bevy of ignorant politicians, even more so than the GOP has, this is not just a problem with the democrat party. The republican party as a whole, regardless if whether you idolize Trump or not, just as ignorant, pathetic, criminal, and corrosive to our republic as is the democrat party. These are the two sides of the same worthless coin of politics in America.

Obviously Biden has never read the Constitution of the Untied States. He has not even read the "condensed version", the Bill of Rights.

The Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United States: A well regulated Militia, being necessary to a free State,the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

There are no exceptions, the people. Not the people except for those convicted of certain crimes, or with certain court orders placed against them, or those accused of being mentally unfit or a threat. Pure and simple, THE PEOPLE!!!! Hell even Donald Trump shows a true ignorance of the Constitution with his support of Red Flag laws, and telling his former AG Sessions to kick in doors, confiscate weapons, and worry about that annoying legal stuff later. Yes he said this, it is on video and is readily available to view on youtube. Granted those are not his words verbatim, it it is the heart of his words, but his words all the same. Republicans have done plenty of ripping up the Second Amendment through the years. Not only with their own ideas of justifiable infringements, but by simply standing by and allowing the democrats to pass, and enforce their own tyrannical laws against gun owners.

How many of you believe certain criminals should not be legally allowed to own a gun? How many support the idea of the "mentally" unbalanced not being allowed to own guns. If you do you are a BIG part of the problem. If someone is convicted of a crime and does their time they should come back as full citizens. All this "criminal justice" crap people have been suckered into supporting has nothing to do with justice, nor does it have anything to do with protecting anyone but those in power. With every passing year the list of crimes for which a person can lose their rights to vote or own a gun keeps getting longer. It not only applies to those convicted of violent crimes. In the same spirit as those laws have been passed if some crazy broad wants to harass an ex she gets a restraining order against the guy. They lose their rights to own a weapon as long as that is in place, and I have read of a couple of cases where that particular provision became a life long sentence as though the man had been convicted of a violent crime. My ex tried having this done to me.

But still, some will say, we should keep those with mental problems from owning guns. Really?! Do you bite your fingernails? You have a mental disease. Do you avoid stepping on cracks in the sidewalk, hate having your curtains wide open after dark, are "depressed" more than two or three days out of the month? Depending on which mental illness professional the government hires some very simple habits, and harmless routines become mental disorders the government can use to deny you your rights as a citizen with idiot crap like these current laws, and with the even more idiotic crap like the Red Flag laws popping up and people like Trump want to make a federal issue. And you can bet your bottom dollar which ever "professionals" the government hires they will make the judgment the government wants them to make regardless of the truth. Just like cops they will protect that pay check.

Biden is also rather ignorant of history. The VC did very well holding their own against the French, and the U. S. Marines among other invaders of their country, and they did not have an air force. We have been in this illegal war on terror for 20 years now. These goat herders and other islamic nutjobs do not have a whole lot more than what citizens of this country would have against our own government, but this country has not been able to defeat this alleged enemy in 20 years with all their technological and superior fire power. If you ask me it seems like our federal government, under both republican and democrat administrations really does not want to "win" this war and see an end come to it at all. It echoes back to that "war hero" presidential candidate of the republican party John McCain's statement about being in this illegal war at least the next 100 years.
