Seriously, though, I already have nearly zero trust in voting at this point. I'm still voting in person, but it really is concerning that this mail in voting is being pushed so hard, as well as the concentration of the outcome is already going to be Biden will win.

Fair point. The matter of constitutional immunity during a presidents term is a topic I've gone back and forth on. On the one hand, we shouldn't be tolerant of any kind of behavior that causes harm. On the other hand, it's often times tough to figure out facts from speculation when so many of these high profile cases are wrapped up tightly in confidential red tape. Even leaked sources are subject to bias and misinformation.
I agree with Andrew Yang when he said he wouldn't investigate Trump. I think setting a precedence for jailing a previous president would create a greater distrust among the people with how they view who's currently sitting.
That being said, Biden should additionally be wary of such a battle. Between the sexual assault charges and Hunters China dealings, he may not want those things to bite him in the butt 4 years from now if he becomes president.

Judging by what I have heard, Yang would make an excellent president; unfortunately, there is zero chance of that this go round. It appears that we are being set up for a null election followed by a civil war...
The democrats have been playing dirty from the beginning. Our republican leaders are too soft and haven’t realized you can’t compromise with evil.
