Let’s get real here. Our country is much better off now that Ruth Bader Ginsberg has kicked the bucket. She was not only on the wrong side of every issue in her career, she was in a position to help usher in the woke universe of the left, and she did just that. We are much worse for her having passed through our land.
Give her a tombstone, and flowers, and good riddance.

It is nice to know RBG occasionally made rulings I think I would have agreed with! Unfortunately, though, her career was clearly full of activist judicial overreach to the benefit of the left.

As the old saying goes, "Even a blind squirrel finds an acorn once in a while."
I was not gleeful the woman died, especially thinking she may not have made her peace with God before hand. However there was a strong sense of relief. Much like when Ted Kennedy died, I was not finding joy in the fact, but certainly a relief knowing his influence had come to an end.

I don't disagree with the assessment of RGB's hard left precedents. And yet..
Winston Churchill, in a speech before Parliament, said of Gen. Erwin Rommel, "May I say across the havoc of war, a great general."
If a great man, in the midst of a titanic war, can acknowledge the qualities of an enemy general, so can we.

she was exceptionally mediocre - that's about all that can honestly be said about the woman as a jurist. Maybe thought of as a good and righteous woman but in her desire to "do good" she did incalculable harm to the established rule of law in this country and by extension irreparable harm to thousands if not millions of human beings - especially if you think of babies in the womb as human beings.
I don't disagree with all her ideas... in fact I totally agree with some.
But like I said for her to have everything her own way would make her a dictator and an unelected one. She had no right in that regards to impose her ideas and interpretations of the law on the rest of us.
Laws should not have multiple interpretations... if they do they should be rewritten.
Yea, but with her, it i not true....
Seems to me from what I've read and heard, that she had an unrepresentative influence on the court and government legislation especially under Obama.
A judge should uphold the law and not advocate for their own beliefs, if they want to do that they should stand for election to government.
