This is all about control of the monetary system and total control of the individual. Covid Passport is the method by which you will be manipulated. If you are a naughty boy or girl you won't be able to purchase your food or pay your rent. Your life will depend on you being a good compliant drone.

I don’t believe it’s a sign that a revolution or civil war is imminent. Nor do I believe it is just to cover such events as natural disasters nor policing support (although these volunteers could be used for those as well).
We already have the 1st Airforce/AFNORTH for DSCA missions coordination (Defense Support of Civil Authorities), but they rely upon guard units that they can deploy to the affected locations (they take OPCON). If the federal government continues to deplete the units that can provide the boots on the ground, it will be helpful to have a backup force that can be called up by the Governor. However, it will be more likely that these volunteers will be the ones to deter aggression rather than just natural disasters and police actions since we have so many trained gun owners in need only of coordination and communications.
