It’s really simple.

The time to prosecute Trump was when Hillary had classified emails illegally, when the FBI entrapped Randy Weaver, when Obama officials lied to Congress, when FBI agents lied to a FISA court, when FBI agents lied to Congress…

It was when day after day, the media lied, Democrats lied, anti-Trump Republicans lied. It was when cities burned and people died. It was when people harassed Republicans at dinner, when people harassed Republicans walking down the street.

You’ve proven you don’t care about the rule of law.
You’ve proven you don’t care about the Constitution.
You’ve proven you don’t care about norms and decency.
You proven you don’t care about truth.

You’ve proven you will weaponize anything and everything against us.

But now that it’s Trump, we’re supposed to believe you care.
Now that it’s Trump, we’re supposed to believe you hold sacred the duties of holding up the rule of law, the honor of the Constitution, and are steadfastly rooted in truth.

No. Absolutely not.

You turned Bill Clinton lying under oath into a story about a blow job.
You turned Hillary Clinton having emails illegally stored into a story about sexism.
You turned the Obama administration targeting conservative groups with the IRS into a story about government incompetence.

Every time your side had done something, you excuse it away.

But now Trump had a rally about an odd election that the FBI instigated a riot at and you’re mad at us for not falling in line?

No. Absolutely not.

For decades you burned the flag. For decades, you’ve talked about getting rid of parts of the Constitution that you don’t like, limiting rights, infringing on the lives of Americans.

But we’re the problem because we refuse to go along with the railroading of Trump?

No.

You should have been all along who you claim to be now.

Now we see it as just partisan politics. You’re not serious. You’re just trying to win an election.

Trump was dangerous? As dangerous as a president saying “I can’t just pass laws” and then doing just that? As dangerous as running guns to cartels? As dangerous as spying on political opposition? As dangerous as a federal agency knowing a dossier was false but using it anyway?

You’ve been dabbling with authoritarianism and fascism/communism for decades.

You’re not better or more moral or more American or more loyal than Trump.

You’ve just been this way longer.
