There is no monopoly in any legal or practical sense.
Probably the only way - the best way to "punish" those platforms for their obvious bias is to simply NOT use them. How many member accounts can they lose before they notice a serious drop in revenues? Looks like their only vulnerability is revenue stream. Cancel memberships...en masse.
