Equality and diversity are the new tools of distraction and segue to mindless liberalism. It’s been the Professors trump card in pushing leftist garbage. I do see my young adult grandkids beginning to push back hard.
Interesting approach being taught to critical thinking.
It reminded me of basic analytics to understanding your opponents position.

If you understand your opponents position, you might realise he is right!
And god forbid change your mind.
It used to be called"Playing Devils Advocate"
Although I don't agree with some of his "facts", he is right on track with most of the ideas he's trying to convey about the need to argue against a claim or an action as opposed to the current trend toward ad hominem attacks.
