Clearly the mainstream media has no intention of honoring that objective. Nor does China or WHO.

The only reason there's so much confusion is because the definitive truth is unknown by anyone, or is being intentionally kept from everyone...
them addressing this as a main issue in a crisis response is suspicious in itself...
as is their coincidentally timed situation simulation, only months before a identical pandemic outbreak takes place in real life..
@DesireNoDesires. We are lucky with this event. It remains possible that there will be a much more dangerous microbe than even the Spanish Flu someday. Anytime we hold simulations in regard of that possibility, anyone could claim conspiracy. I don't buy it, partly because the conference made sensible recommendations, including those indirectly against the Democrats playing politics. @TimTuolomne I would agree besides the fact that the simulation involved a corona virus originating from a bat...only what, a month or so before the actual outbreak? 
@DesireNoDesires Dr Li Wenliang posted a warning 30 December, and was arrested. Some in the West saw it and the smart ones ordered more supplies and invested appropriately. WHO did not announce it then. Neither did China. The general public first knew of it in early February. By then thousands of people had fled Wuhan to every part of the World. As you can see in the link below, the trajectory of the infection is extremely fast, but not nearly as deadly as the Spanish Flu. This does not speak conspiracy to me. Just stupidity.
