The first time I saw one of these compilations of news stations across the country all reading the same script was about ten years ago. I hope people are smart enough to realize this scripted news is not some new thing they came up with just for Donald Trump. A problem I see with this story is it says this is all "liberal" news media. Back when I first learned of this Fox was considered the only real news outlet and even the local Fox stations were reading the same scripts.
Something Trump idoliters need to consider, the fact the GOP let him win their primaries, and be their candidate means one simple thing, he made a deal with the devil some where down the line. If he had not the GOP would not have allowed him on their ticket and he would have been forced to run thrid party.

REpublicans want both open as they make dollars on the penny, especially in Chi-Com. Trump has done a lot on trade but I wonder what will happen related to this virus and the coming bad economy here. Much more could have been done on the border a lot faster. Build that wall seems kind of like Build that sandcastle.

Or, maybe the GOP realises that Trump is their best chance to win again and they are just to happy to have him.
Looking at the GOP lineup: What you think is the most likely answer?
@Hanno He gets that big feather in his hat, being president of the United States, and getting all the glory, and hero worship that comes with it. As long as he does not rock the boat too much he does not end up like Kennedy and family. Getting to be president would be right in line with Trump's ego. As for the power that runs the GOP, they are either the same power that runs the democrat party, or are working in along with them for the same goals, losing an election would mean nothing to them which is why they threw the elections in 2008 with McCain, and again in 2012 with Romney. THey were declared winners of the primaries before all the states had held primaries and plenty of votes were left un counted that could have changed the candidate with ease not to mention all the votes they defrauded Ron Paul out of in both of those primaries.
Who do you think let him win? I’m just curious.

The money that owns the GOP. They did not pull out any stops for making sure Ron Paul did not get the nomination in either of his runs against O-bomb-a. If the GOP ran honest primaries he would have been the candidate, and I have no doubt won an honest elections.

Ron Paul? AKA the Bernie Sanders of the right. Please tell me you didn’t say that with a straight face. Those guys, right or left, exist to shove ideas into the national dialogue, and go down in flames for their efforts. No one, not even they, expect to actually win a national election.
Before 2015, Trump would have been considered to be in the same category. If you really believe the powers that be were OK with what amounted to a hostile takeover of the GOP, they certainly hid their approval well. You are obviously not a Trump fan. But, like Ron Paul, he stood in opposition to the status quo. Unlike Ron Paul, he won a national election.
Say what you wish, I think we’re better for it.
