In it I mean that each person, starting with nothing but his or her own incentives and goals, has the same opportunity to work toward the achievement of those goals. I would agree with you were it not for the personal communications that I have had with others, including content creators, that disprove that hypothesis. I am taking 50 mg of chelated zinc washed down with 8 oz of tonic water every morning. Quinine is the basis for chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine. Since starting the tonic my arthritis has bothered me a lot less and I have not gotten a rhinovirus. I try to eat foods high in minerals as well, but I periodically take a potassium supplement when I have to avoid the carbs in food high in potassium. I am well read in spite of the effort to hide these things from me and I have an old school doctor who is trying to keep me well to save money, not keep me sick to extract more from insurance.

It started when the CIA began to use private contractors to do the things Congress denied them the authority to do, such as conduct espionage on US soil or perform experiments on Americans from all the countries in the hemisphere. @Mechanic After careful reading of Article I of the Constitution of the United States, I have come to the conclusion that all of the rulemaking authority granted to Executive Branch agencies by Congress is unconstitutional. There is no provision in that article for Congress to delegate legislative power. Therefore, all EPA and ATF, etc. regulations cannot and do not have the weight of law.
