I met a descendant of the Marine who used the stinger on Iwo Jima. I learned the story in 1977 while stationed in the 3rd Marine Division on Okinawa. I thought it was apocryphal until I saw Ian's video on Forgotten Weapons. You can't tell which sea stories are real and which are bull s**t until you research them. Then you find out that the ones that are real are stranger than the ones made up to impress the listeners.

Every episode is only partially scripted and the actors themselves are expected to ad lib the rest. These people in WWE are not only great at interpreting other people's writings, they're creative on the fly. Kudos to the members of WWE for their acting and creativity chops.

David Freiheit in his Viva Frei podcasts on YouTube and Rumble always says, "Politics ruins everything," and I believe he's correct. We cannot assume the science is not some political hyperbole because the politicians drive the conversation. And remember, politics in today's environment is all about the accumulation and perpetration of power. Nothing else.

They called themselves QAnon. There's a great book that explains it all by Praying Medic, Calm Before the Storm. I suggest you read it if you're interested.
